Deliveries are made solely within the 50 states of the United States and Washington D.C. (explicitly excluding the U.S. sovereign territories of Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands and other areas subject to change). Some restrictions or higher shipping costs may apply if the delivery address is in Alaska or Hawaii.
All items purchased from Teamblack.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery of the item by Teamblack.com to the carrier. Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be made directly from our warehouse or third party vendor to the shipping address provided by you.
Delivery times vary therefore any delivery time indicated is provided only as a guide and is not guaranteed. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is shipped and is subject to the shipper’s rules and policies. Please contact our customer service department at customerservice@teamblack.com if an item is not delivered within the time indicated so that we can work with you to address the issue. Teamblack.com shall be entitled to involve third parties to satisfy its contractual obligations without being required to notify the buyer. Obvious damage to the item from transport or packaging damaged during transport is to be reported to Teamblack.com upon receipt.
If Teamblack.com is not able to deliver the product purchased for any reason, Teamblack.com reserves the right to offer the winner in its absolute discretion an alternative item in the same price range or the equivalent of the item’s Manufacturer’s Recommended Retail Price (‘MSRP’) in bids so that $0.60 equals one (1) bid.
